Comedy Airport Hook Ups! So I’m sat in the airport sending goodbye messages to people I’m going to miss when Dr Martin Bicket, legendary Bon Vivant, man of the people and rapid talking Weegie, sends one back; “I’m at the airport, where are you?” I was in the bar. Of course. So one brief hook up later and our trip got off to a very nice start. Martin and his friend Ben were off to one of the best Emergency Medicine Conferences in the world; Abstracts in San Diego. It’ll be lots of innovative medical stuff focused on best possible care and not a small amount of craft beer. If only it had been a little later in the day the Beer could’ve started in Melbourne.
