A different kind of travelogue. As an avid young traveller I often wondered what would it would be like when I got older, gathered commitments, created children and accrued debt. This is what it's like.
After Sanctuary Resort, we took a train to Nha Trang.
There we stayed in a nine-story hotel called Kingtown Hotel. We stayed in a family room with one queen-sized bed, one double bed and one single bed.
Our room was underneath the restaurant on the ninth floor, and a hole in the bathroom ceiling let us hear the chefs above us, not exactly great.
Papa, Cormac and me decided to go into the tiny rooftop pool while Mum went for a quick walk around. The pool had dirt and Band-Aids in it, which was really gross, especially for me, because I was the only one wearing goggles! (EW!)
The next morning we went to buffet breakfast. It wasn’t anything special, toast, eggs, fruit, and some meaty stuff, but then again we had been spoiled a lot.
I would probably give The Kingtown Hotel a 6/10. My favorite part of it was probably trying bread with a tiny little drizzle of condensed milk at the buffet breakfast!
